Facebook live stream viewers: how to plan an order
Published 22 September 2026 · 1 min read
Live viewers show while you are broadcasting, and a stream with a visible audience attracts more people to join. Services are priced by duration, from 15 minutes up to many hours. A little planning avoids wasted money.
How to order
- Go live first. The order needs a running stream.
- Copy the live video link.
- Choose a duration at least as long as your stream.
- Choose a number close to your normal audience multiplied by two or three.
- Place the order and keep streaming.
Duration guide
| Stream type | Duration to pick |
|---|---|
| Quick announcement | 15–30 minutes |
| Product launch or Q&A | 60–90 minutes |
| Event or satsang | 2–4 hours |
Make the live worth staying for
- Announce the live ahead of time in a post.
- Greet commenters by name.
- Ask questions and run small polls.
- Have a clear topic and a call to action.
Common mistakes
- Placing the order before the stream starts.
- Choosing a duration shorter than the broadcast.
- Ordering far more viewers than your page has ever had, which looks odd.
