Telegram post views explained: last 1, 5, 10, 20 posts and what they mean
Published 20 September 2026 · 1 min read
On Telegram, a view is counted when a post is shown in someone’s chat. The number under each post is the view counter. Services that add views usually offer packages by how many posts they cover, and the wording confuses first-time buyers.
What “last 5 posts” means
You enter a quantity, and each of the last five posts receives about that many views. For example, entering 1,000 on a “last 5 posts” service gives each of the five posts roughly 1,000 views, for a total of about 5,000. Always check the service description for exact behaviour, since a few services split the quantity instead.
How to choose a package
| Package | Best for |
|---|---|
| Single post | Promote one announcement or offer |
| Last 5 to 20 | Make a recent feed look active |
| Last 50 to 100 | Refresh an older channel |
| Future posts (auto) | Channels that post many times a day |
Keep it consistent
Views that jump from 200 to 20,000 on a single post look odd. Aim for steady numbers across posts, and let them rise gradually as your member count grows. A rule of thumb is views at 20% to 60% of members for active channels.
Check how it was delivered
After an order, scroll your last posts and see how views progressed over a few hours. If they look unnatural, switch to a slower service or smaller quantity next time.
Automation
Some services add views to future posts automatically, which saves placing an order each time. Read about auto views and reactions, and see all options on our post views page.
