What is drip-feed in an SMM panel? Runs, intervals and when to use it
Published 4 October 2026 · 1 min read
Drip-feed splits one order into several smaller deliveries spread over time. Instead of 5,000 followers arriving in an hour, you might receive 500 every few hours across two days. It makes growth look more natural, which is why many buyers prefer it for larger orders.
The two settings
- Runs: how many times the order is delivered.
- Interval: minutes between each run.
The quantity you enter is delivered in each run. A drip-feed of 500 with 10 runs adds up to 5,000 in total, so check the total shown before you confirm.
Examples
| Quantity per run | Runs | Interval | Total | Takes about |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 200 | 10 | 60 min | 2,000 | 10 hours |
| 500 | 6 | 720 min | 3,000 | 3 days |
| 1,000 | 5 | 1,440 min | 5,000 | 5 days |
When it helps
- Large orders on smaller accounts, where a sudden jump looks odd.
- Likes and views you want to build up on a post gradually.
- Giving a post steady momentum over a day or two.
When you do not need it
For small orders, or when you want results before a launch or live event, normal delivery is fine and faster.
Rules to remember
- Do not place another order on the same link until the drip-feed finishes.
- Not every service supports drip-feed. The order form shows the option only when it is available.
- Total cost is quantity per run × runs, so check the total before confirming.
