SMM order statuses explained: Pending, In progress, Completed, Partial, Canceled
Published 5 October 2026 · 1 min read
Every order moves through a series of statuses. Knowing what each one means tells you whether to wait, act or contact support.
| Status | Meaning | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| Pending | Order received, waiting to start | Wait. Most start within minutes |
| Processing | The supplier has accepted it | Wait |
| In progress | Delivery is happening | Watch “Remains” fall |
| Completed | Delivered in full | Request refill later if the service has it |
| Partial | Part was delivered; the rest could not be | The undelivered part is credited to your wallet |
| Canceled | Order stopped | The charge is credited back to your wallet |
| Failed | Order could not start | Full amount returned; check the link and retry |
Start count and remains
Start count is the number your profile or post had when the order began. Remains is how much is still to be delivered. Together they let you check progress: if the start count was 1,200 and remains is 400 on a 1,000 order, about 600 have been delivered.
How long each status usually lasts
- Pending: minutes, occasionally an hour on slow services.
- In progress: depends on quantity and speed per day.
- Completed: final.
If an order looks stuck
- Check the link is public and correct.
- Check you have not placed a second order on the same link.
- Give slower services the time written in their name, for example “10k/Day”.
- If it has been far longer than expected, contact support with the order number.
