Partial orders and cancellations: how refunds to your wallet work

Published 12 October 2026 · 2 min read

Sometimes an order cannot be delivered in full. A link may be removed, a supplier may run out of capacity, or the platform may block part of the delivery. Here is exactly what happens to your money in those cases.

Partial orders

If part of the quantity was delivered and the rest could not be, the order is marked Partial. You are credited for the undelivered share, in proportion. Example: you order 1,000 for ₹250 and 250 remain undelivered. You get 25% of ₹250, which is ₹62.50, back in your wallet.

Cancelled orders

If a service allows cancellation, you will see a Cancel button on My orders while the order is still running. Once the cancellation is accepted, the order shows Canceled, and the undelivered amount is credited. Not every service can be cancelled; the order page shows whether the option exists.

Rejected or failed orders

If a link is wrong or the order cannot start at all, the full charge is returned straight away and the order shows Failed. You will see the credit in your wallet history.

Where the credit goes

Credits go to your wallet balance, not back to your bank account. Wallet money does not expire and can be used for any service. See our refund policy for the full rules, including that money added to the wallet is non-refundable.

How to avoid partials

  • Use a correct, public link and keep the post or profile available until the order finishes.
  • Keep quantities within the service’s limits.
  • Avoid placing a second order on the same link at the same time.
  • Choose services with good completion in the first place by starting small.

If something looks wrong

If an order shows Completed but the number did not move, or a partial credit looks incorrect, contact support through the contact page with the order number.
