Refill is a guarantee that the supplier will top up delivered numbers if they fall during a set period.

How it works in practice

Refill is requested after completion. The supplier checks the count against what was delivered and tops it up within a day or so.

Example: delivered 1,000, count falls by 150, you press Refill and about 150 are added back.
